16. Every solvency deficiency must be amortized in the manner provided for in section 136 of the Supplemental Pension Plans Act (chapter R-15.1) in force since 1 January 2016.
In addition, the rules provided for in section 137 of the Act apply in respect of monthly solvency amortization payments.
